Do I really pay the same price regardless of how many units I have?
Yes. Within your plan's unit limit, the price doesn't change whether you're at 10 units or 100. Add units, same monthly cost. The only limit is the tier cap — Starter tops out at 25, Growth at 100, Pro is unlimited.
Can I import my data from my current platform?
Yes. We have a CSV import that handles standard PM platform export formats — properties, tenants, and rent history. Most portfolios migrate in under 10 minutes. Our team can also do it for you on Pro and Enterprise plans.
How does the AI know about FDCPA compliance?
The rent collection agent has FDCPA and TCPA rules baked into its prompt. It won't send threatening language before day 5, it won't contact Section 8 tenants about housing authority payments, and it logs every action for compliance records.
What messaging channels does Vestorum use for AI agents?
Growth and Pro plans include WhatsApp and SMS (via Twilio). You talk to your AI agents through WhatsApp or Telegram — they ask for approvals, send daily briefs, and escalate issues directly to your phone. No app to open.
What does the vendor approval flow actually look like?
When a maintenance request comes in above your auto-approve threshold (you set this — default is $300), you get a WhatsApp message with the vendor, the issue, and the cost estimate. You tap Approve or Deny. That's it. Below the threshold, the agent dispatches automatically and you get a confirmation.
Is there a setup fee or onboarding cost?
No setup fee on any plan. Pro includes a dedicated onboarding call. Enterprise includes on-site training if needed. We want you up and running fast — anything that slows that down is our problem to fix.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard settings with one click. No notice period, no cancellation fee. On annual plans, you're billed upfront for the year — we don't offer prorated refunds after month 1, but we will for the remaining months if you cancel in month 1.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays accessible for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything — properties, tenants, rent history, maintenance records — as CSV at any time. After 30 days, data is deleted from our servers per our privacy policy.
